We are very excited to be in attendance at the Independent Label Market tomorrow with a long list of other fantastic indie labels! We’ll have vinyl, rare items, and more for you to mull over buying with your hard earned money but we would love just to see you and say hello!
Our table is located by the Commercial St entrace to the Market in between Soul Jazz Records and Vice Records. To see a list of some special items we are offering at the market plus a map of all the vendors, see below.
Swedish indie pop powers unite for a fantastic new bit of music which put Secretly Canadian artist Jens Lekman to the task of remixing the Shout Out Louds‘ song “14th of July”. The Line Of Best Fit brings us the exclusive remix just in time for the Shout Out Louds’ headlining concert at XOYO in London tomorrow night. Jens takes the already danceable original and adds the his trademark light and playful touch to elevate into a great, slightly funky Summer jam.
Additionally, Jens Lekman will be playing select European dates starting the end of June until the beginning of July with all the dates listed below!
PORTUGAL – June 28 – Lisbon – Lux Club
SWEDEN – July 23 – Orust – Slussens Pensionat
POLAND – Aug 3 – Katowice – Off Festival
SWEDEN – Aug 31 – Stockholm – Popaganda
UK – Sept 1 – Dorset – End of the Road
The ever-charming Jens Lekman recently performed on the Swedish television show Pa Sparet (or On the Track). The set includes two covers: “The Rose” and “Little Blue Bird.” Watch both songs above!
Jens Lekman stopped by Australia’s Morning Show to perform the title-track from 2012′s I Know What Love Isn’t! Joined by his touring pianist and violinist, Jens delivers another wonderful performance. Watch HERE.
Jens has four Australian dates scheduled for this week; the first being a sold out show at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Valentine’s Day. You’ll find the full schedule below.
